And no, this isn’t spin-off vehicle for Britain’s Got Talent contestant ‘DJ Talent’. Somebody had already made the pun “Decks Factor” but I suppose this isn’t going to be a spin-off vehicle for Britain’s Got Talent host Declan Donnelly either.
Simon Cowell released a statement earlier today stating, “DJ’s are the new rock stars, it feels like the right time to make this show.” So we are getting an X-Factor style show to find the next big thing in DJing and Cowell is teaming with Jada Pinkett Smith (Mrs Fresh Prince) to make it.
The only other detail Cowell has revealed so far (on his Twitter feed) is that he won’t be a judge on the show.
