Imagine going to a festival where you’re up to your eyeballs in dust instead of mud. In fact, imagine instead of a sea of mud – the sea. You’re still irresponsibly under the influence, but you’re wearing shorts with flip-flops instead of welly-boots. This is not a dream, it is the Festival Internacional de Benicàssim.
This year the Spanish town will be hosting The Stone Roses, Florence + The Machine, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Bombay Bicycle Club, Cooper, Miles Kane, The Vaccines, Department S and Los Tiki Phantoms. Of course many more names to follow.
Although the discounted early bird tickets are long gone, the usual 4 days of music/9 of camping tickets are on sale here for £155.
