Bedfordshire quintet, Don Broco have been tearing up the UK scene for a little while now. After numerous headline tours and supporting the likes of My Passion, We Are The Ocean, Enter Shikari and The King Blues, the band is set to release their much anticipated mini-album, Big Fat Smile.
Big Fat Smile is different to other releases by bands in the same rock/alt-rock genre. You may find on an album by another band that there are only a handful of tracks which stand out. Compare this to Big Fat Smile where every track has catchy vocals, a great guitar and bass line as well as a cracking drum beat. Each song is plain awesome and has its own unique sound. But if I had to pick my top tracks of this brilliant debut album, they would have to be Dreamboy and Do What We Do. Put simply, Big Fat Smile is a tight sounding, polished rock record.Rob Damiani and Co have without a doubt, gone to town with this release. If future tracks from Don Broco sound anything similar to Big Fat Smile, we are definitely in for a treat.
Big Fat Smile is set for a February14th release and can be pre-ordered here.
